The Four D’s of Urgency & Importance

Idle hands are the devil’s workshop, we don’t want to go there, and that’s something that we’re dealing with a lot of the time right now. There’s a famous graduate from my alma mater West point, Dwight D. Eisenhower, he came up with the Eisenhower Box. This box is about decision making around things that are important and urgent, or not important and not urgent. Watch my video to find out more.
